This year we took part in the
Big Garden Birdwatch 2007 organised by the RSPB during the
weekend of 27/28 January 2007.
This event is the world's largest bird survey. It involves
thousands of people spending one hour watching the birds in
their own gardens or local parks during one particular
weekend. It is necessary to make a note of the birds seen
during this period and and inform the RSPB about the highest
number of each species seen at any one time during the hour
(to avoid counting the same birds twice.)

Our Results
This year we took part on Sunday 28th January, 9.05 to
10.05 am. We saw 14
different species during that hour but the highlight was the
Goldcrest. Here are our results:
