Yarrow is a very common flower found in grassy areas and wasteland.

The flowerheads comprise clusters of tiny florets about 5mm diameter. The leaves are feathery growing from wooly stems which give off a strong scent.


It is widely used in herbal medicine to help digestion, improve circulation, heal wounds and alleviate coughs and colds.
